Essential Gear Requirements
- Wings: A certified powered paraglider (PPG) or tandem wing is mandatory for all students.
- Motor: A 120-150cc paramotor engine with a certified flight helmet and harness.
- Foot Launch: A high-quality foot-launch kit is required for all foot-launch training.
- Trike: Wheeled trike configurations are available for those seeking a more stable take-off.
Seasonal Safety Considerations
- Weather: All flights are weather-dependent and scheduled based on wind speeds and visibility.
- Winter Tours: We offer specialized winter tours at Stouffville Airport (CBB2) during the colder months.
- Aviation Law: Students must be aware of local airspace regulations and weather conditions.
- Waiver: A signed waiver is required for all flights to acknowledge the inherent risks of paramotor aviation.
